Founded in 1994, KH Consulting has worked on traditional financial services such as Structured Debt Finance, Private Equity, Corporate Advisory, Mergers, Acquisitions, Distressed Assets and more.
With the impact of climate change on businesses, Sandeep Hinduja, the director of KH Consulting, realised the need to support the private sector mitigate climate risks.

About Gul Hinduja
Chairman of KH Consulting Private Limited
Gul Hinduja belongs to a well-known Sindhi Family. After his family migrated to India in 1947, they lived in Mumbai. He graduated from Jai Hind College in Mumbai and went on for higher studies in the United Kingdom. When he returned home, he established a few businesses such as Engineering, Construction, Chemical, Paper and Export.
Gul's philosophy is to learn, earn and share with the community. He is involved with a few institutions, schools, colleges and hospitals and helps serve the deserving senior citizen widows and deserving students.
Gul is an Honorable Managing Trustee of IndusInd Foundation and a Founder of Dream Education Center in Ganeshpuri. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Bombay Central.
About Sandeep Hinduja
Director of KH Consulting Private Limited
Sandeep is a finance professional with extensive experience in global investment banking across diverse financial markets. He has successfully developed and executed equity and debt investments ranging from USD 10 million to USD 300 million.
Taking forward his learnings from Boston and Cambridge Universities, he travels extensively to bring international finance opportunities for the company. It is his seed to accelerate equitable climate finance opportunities in India. His focus lies in leveraging the company's global network to introduce green technologies in India.
